If balance reaches zero, per minute rates are as follows: $10 card:$0.40; $25 card: $0.33; $50 card: $0.25; $100 card: $0.40. If your Pay & Talk account reaches a zero balance, some features such as Voice Mail 3, text messaging, picture messaging, wireless Web access, wireless email, and the ability to download games, ringtones or images will be unavailable for use.
